The following problem occurred, which prevents Atlassian Bitbucket from starting:

• The database, as currently configured, is not accessible.
  Connection to bitbucket-postgresql.bitbucket.svc.cluster.local:5432 refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections.
